The installation of a new TRX® Suspension Frame at Bayville Farms Park brings fitness outdoors with resistance training that uses your own body weight for a full-body workout. The frame provides an anchor for use with TRX® Suspension straps. The TRX® Suspension Frame was made possible through a grant from the Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation Foundation. Your continued support of the Foundation, through memberships and donations, provides park improvements such as the frame, scholarships to camps for disadvantaged youth, environmental education and more.
